Must I accept every request I receive?

All of our bookings are on a request basis. You are the homeowner, this is your home, and therefore it is hugely important you are comfortable with the potential request before you accept the request.

You are in control, therefore please ensure you liaise with the potential request via the message thread, and or or send a video message and encourage the guest to send you one back, before you accept any request to ensure you are happy they will be a good fit for your home. 

The continuous declining of requests received will cause your profile to be system paused. Please contact us in this event and we can talk through how to block your calendar for unavailable dates and how to optimise your account description to ensure your profile is clear and is attracting requests from guests that best fit your homestay profile.
