It’s completely free to sign up as a host on Homestay.com. 

To secure a booking, guests pay 16% booking fee on the price of stay (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) to Homestay.com. You'll then receive the total price of stay directly from the guest either in advance or on arrival.
