We suggest that our hosts offer a complimentary light breakfast to guests such as cereals, pastries, tea/coffee, juice etc. You don't need to serve it every day if it's not possible, just let your guests know where everything is!
By being there with your guest for breakfast on their first morning, you're actively making them welcome in your home and they can ask any questions they have about your area. We believe this is part of what makes a homestay unique - guest-host interaction where you can both engage and trade cultural experiences and traditions.
If you're guests are staying long term, we suggest that you come to an arrangement with them re breakfast.
