If your guest is late arriving, there's a strong chance he or she will call, email, or arrive soon. Many guests don't have access to a phone or have an alternate phone number while travelling, or they could encounter some travel delays that could affect their arrival time.
When a booking is confirmed you'll receive the guest's contact details (email address, telephone number) and you can contact them directly.
You can also continue to message through the Homestay.com messaging system.
If you're unable to contact them, please contact us and we'll try to contact them on your behalf.
It's very important that you and your guest agree on an arrival time that suits you both before they travel.
