What if the host isn't there when I arrive?

We encourage hosts and guests to agree a check–in time in advance of their arrival.

Guests will have all the host contact information on their booking confirmation email for them to contact the host directly.

If you're unable to contact your host please contact us and we'll try to get in touch with your host on your behalf.
