Can anyone sign up as a host?

The marketplace is available to health/social workers and students.

For NHS workers, access can only be provided using an NHS email account or where hosts/guests have specifically been invited to join the site.

For workers in Adult Social Care, access can only be provided using the ODS code of their provider.

However, you must be 18 or older to host.

If you are renting a property, we suggest you always check your rental agreement and secure your landlord’s permission if required.

You need to ensure your home insurance policy / or any mortgage / rental contracts, do not curtail you accommodating  guests within your home.
