How much does it cost a Host or Guest to signup?

It’s completely free to sign up as a host. 

To secure a booking, guests pay a 7% booking fee on the price of stay (maximum of £250 for longer term bookings).  The Host will then receive the total price of stay directly from the guest either in advance or on arrival.
