What support is available to Hosts and Guests?

 

Homestay.com will provide all 1st line support for the Homestay Hub. 

 

While Homestay.com are not party to the actual booking, (the booking contract sits between the Host and Guest) we are available to assist with booking queries and help mediate between both parties should there be a need to do so. 

 

Support is available Mon – Fri, 9am-5pm Irish Time and Sat & Sun via email only.
