The CIN for short-term and tourist rentals is a code assigned, through a specific automated procedure, by the Ministry of Tourism, and upon request of the obligors, to real estate units for residential use rented for tourist purposes, to those intended for short-term rentals, as well as to hotel and non-hotel tourist-accommodation facilities.
