Can anyone signup as a host?

The marketplace is available to NHS / Adult Social Care workers. Signup requires you to use your NHS email address or, for Adult Social Care workers, your ODS code.

When signing up from the NHS, you can choose your associated Trust, or if your Trust is not listed in the dropdown, you can choose Unlisted Trust/Other Organisation. 

However, you must be 18 or older to host.

If you are renting a property, we suggest you always check your rental agreement and secure your landlord’s permission if required.

You need to ensure your home insurance policy / or any mortgage / rental contracts, do not curtail you accommodating short-term guests within your home.
