If you are a host:
- Not responding to booking requests, declining multiple booking requests or not updating the availability calendar.
- If we confirm that you are not living in the house
- If the information provided is not accurate
- If you have a duplicate profile.
- If we receive continuous negative feedback and reviews from guest
Host deactivations are at the discretion of Homestay.com
If you are a Guest:
- Contacting a host inappropriately
- If the information provided is not accurate
Guest deactivations are at the discretion of Homestay.com
