In order to enable the Deposit payment option you need to register your bank account details with Payoneer. You will be directed to submit your bank details through your Host Account and Payoneer will review your details and contact you directly by email if any additional information is required (for example a copy of your government issued ID or Social Security card).
It usually takes less than 1-5 business days to set up your bank details with Payoneer depending on your bank location. Your account will show as ‘Pending Verification’ until it has been ‘Approved’ by Payoneer. When your Bank account status updates to Registered in your Host Account, you will be eligible to receive payments.
Please note: Due to regulatory changes in Canada, Payoneer’s affiliate, Payoneer Canada Limited, has applied for registration as a payment service provider with the Bank of Canada under the Retail Payment Activities Act (RPAA). From September 8, 2025 and subject to Payoneer’s final registration, Payoneer Canada Limited will be the provider of Payoneer Services in Canada. All Canada-resident customers will be required to undergo registration, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and onboarding procedures in accordance with the requirements under the RPAA
