What if I have been advised that the host is out of town and cannot show you the property?

Please contact us immediately.  Homestay.com ONLY lists private rooms in a host's home.  If a host advises you they are not in the home, you need to contact us immediately. 

DO NOT transfer money to a host who advises you that they are 'out of town' and cannot show you the property but require a deposit / payment.
